Therefore standards are the solid basis for the "Technology Push" and the "Demand Pull", both working as drivers for innovation. Enterprises whose employees actively participate in standardization contribute to strengthening the individual site location. Positive side effects for those companies are promotion of internal communication, international networking and a casual intensifying of employee training for performance improvement.
